Welcome to St John’s Early Childhood Development Centre, a place of laughter, love, and learning.

We believe that early childhood is a precious time of discovery, growth, and exploration. The ECD Centre lays the foundation for education through the St Johns Educational Trust.  Our Christian-based school is dedicated to providing a safe, loving, and stimulating environment where children can flourish. We’re more than just a school – we’re a community rooted in faith, values, and a passion for learning.

At the heart of our ECD Centre is an unwavering commitment to connection and collaboration – with each child, and with each other. Our staff embody this ethos, providing a supportive and nurturing approach that models healthy learning habits and positive relationships. By building confidence and inspiring a desire to learn, we empower our boys to embrace their curiosity and creativity, laying the building blocks for a lifelong love of learning.

St John’s Early Childhood Development Centre is the first Zimbabwean school to join the Independent Schools Association of Southern Africa (ISASA), and is a proud member of the International Boys’ Schools Coalition (IBSC), and the Zimbabwe Association of Trust Schools (ATS).
