FALCON COLLEGE FESTIVAL held 7 – 8 February 2014

St John’s Prep won their pool games against Petra and Barwick and proceeded to the Semi-finals where they faced Lilfordia whom they also beat.

In the finals, St John’s Prep played Ruzawi and won that match by 9 runs.

We are particularly proud of Ethan Burbridge who, in the final, was given NOT OUT when he nicked the ball and was caught. He owned up and insisted on “walking”. This is what sportsmanship in cricket is all about.

Ethan went on to be awarded “Best Sportsmanship” award.
