ART

David Whitaker (Form 4) is to be congratulated for his sculpture of a Grasshopper, made from recycled found objects, having been chosen for the Allied Arts’ Birthday Calendar.

WORLD BOOK DAY

A reminder to all students that World Book Day is from the 7th March to the 15th March 2013. Please bring in good second hand books for the library and other charities.

MUSIC

So far, the College have been awarded 6 Honours and 4 1st Grades in last weeks Eisteddfod.

PIPE BAND

On Sunday 3rs March – the Pipe Band Piobaireachd took place.

Jonothan Whitaker came 1st and David Whitaker came 2nd

PUBLIC SPEAKING

The Public Speaking Finals have been postponed to Thursday 14th March
Please note this is compulsory for Forms 1 – 3 and Lower Six.

Bryn Turk has also been selected for the Zimbabwe under 19 side playing in the All Africa Junior championships being held in Namibia this March.
