Rugby

The U14 national rugby trials were held at St John’s College on Saturday 26th May, 2012.

7 of our boys were selected for the team: Annandale, Frost, Eesom, Nindi, Curtis, Harrison and Non travelling Reserve – Decker. They will got to Bloemfontein later on this term.

At Peterhouse , in the U17 age group, Lioga was selected for Zimbabwe Schools and Bond Non travelling Reserve.


Ross Nel
(SJC College coach) will be the Manager for the National U17 team.

In the U19 age group (also out at Peterhouse); Watson, Mavhimba, Chinyani, Burnett, Gona, Hutchings and Zwart were selected for Zimbabwe to go to Craven week.

Many thanks to Ross Nel and Andre Odendaal who gave up their free weekend to be out at Peterhouse as part of Provincial and National setup.
