Arrangements for the Internal Examination Session 1 – 17 June, 2015

Form One

Start:           Thursday 11th June, 2015.

End:            Wednesday 17th June, 2015.

Form Two

Start:            Monday 8th June, 2015.

End:            Wednesday 17 June, 2015.

NB    Forms one and Two must be at school from 7:15 a.m.  –  1.30p.m during the examination period.

Form Three

Start:            Wednesday 3 June, 2015.

End:            Wednesday 17 June, 2015.

Form Four

Start:            Monday 1 June, 2015.

End:            Wednesday 17 June, 2015.

Sixth Form

Start:            Monday 1 June, 2015.

End:            Wednesday 17 June, 2015.

Form Threes, Fours and 6th Form boys are expected at school only to write their examinations. They must arrive at least 30 minutes before their examination.

Please note that ALL L6 are expected to attend lessons as usual on Monday 1 June.

Sports and Clubs during Exams

All sports and clubs will be suspended during the examination period except for rugby, soccer and hockey with effect from Monday 1 June to 17 June. Boys who are involved in these sports will be expected to attend practice sessions if they do not have examinations in the afternoon. Please note that coaches may call for extra practices outside the scheduled times during the examination period if necessary. This will be communicated to you and the boys by the coaches in advance. Forms One and Two are encouraged to attend supervised studies in the afternoon during the slots they would have normally gone to clubs or minor sports. These studies will be supervised by seniors in the school library.

There will not be any Green and White rehearsals next week, but all the boys will be expected to attend a compulsory rugby game on Saturday 6 June against Falcon.

Examination Procedure for Students

  • Every student must carry his examination materials in a CLEAR plastic bag. Nothing else must come into the room.
  • All students will write the examinations in school uniform and not sports kit.
  • Dress code, haircuts and shaving rules must be adhered to. Failure to do so will result in disqualification.
  • A high standard of behaviour will be expected. All students should line up quietly in alphabetical order, outside their examination venue. They must enter the examination room in silence. Talking in the examination room may result in disqualification.
  • No cell phones are allowed in the examination room.
